  • Youth ages 4 to 17 — $15.00 ($234.00 off)

Other Information

Confirmation Email & Name Badges 

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your online registration has been processed. Prior to the conference, you will receive your name badge(s) in the mail. If you were registered by another person as part of a group, they will receive your badge. Your name badge will serve as your ticket for the event, so it is important that you bring it with you. If you do not receive a confirmation email or your name badge by two weeks prior to the conference, please call 800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org. 

Cancellations 

Cancellation and refund requests must be made by emailing conference@ligonier.org or by calling 800-435-4343 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET; i.e., 5:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. PT) and not via voicemail message. Refund requests received by May 30, 2025, (2:00 p.m. PT) will be honored in full, minus a $10 cancellation-processing fee per cancellation. Cancellations received between May 31, 2025, and September 30, 2025, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after September 30, 2025.  

Transfers 

Transfer requests must be made by emailing conference@ligonier.org or by calling 800-435-4343 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET; i.e., 5:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. PT) and not via voicemail message. Transfer requests received by September 30, 2025, will be honored in full with no transfer-processing fee. Transfer requests received after September 30, 2025, will be honored in full, minus a $10 transfer-processing fee per person. 

Group Discount Policy 

Group discounts are offered to groups of five (5) or more people. Groups must register all members by phone or email; please call 800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org.

You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Groups must pay with one form of payment. We accept checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please include the group leader’s name and phone number at the top of the page before emailing. We will contact you with a confirmation of your group within 48 hours. Please ensure that you provide a daytime phone number in your email. You will need to provide payment details on email. We can take your credit card at the time of confirmation. 

We must have each group member’s name, address, phone number, and email. Once a group has been registered, the group will receive a single group confirmation number via email or by phone. Please ensure that all information is provided for each member of the group. 

There are no refunds for group registrations, but group member registrations can be transferred if a member of the group is not able to attend. Simply take the confirmation letter to the registration desk at the conference, and they will print you a new name badge.

Event Venue 

Ligonier Ministries holds events in the most suitable venues available. We consider many factors in making these decisions, including location, size, cost, and dates. To secure a venue, bookings are often made years in advance. Furthermore, our holding an event at a venue should not be considered an endorsement of that venue’s owner or association (whether Christian or non-Christian).
