Semper Reformanda

What shapes our life and our doctrine as Christians? Our own preferences and traditions—or God’s unchanging truth? Scripture tells us that God alone has the absolute authority to reveal what is true and how we should live. This is the heart of Semper Reformanda, the principle that the church must be “always reforming” according to the Word of God. While we should embrace this biblical truth, there is confusion today around what it means. 

The 2025 Escondido Conference will help us gain clarity on the principle of Semper Reformanda. Together, we’ll consider the church’s responsibility to submit to God’s Word as we strive to live for His glory alone.
