Meal Plans

Light lunch and dinner concession dining options will be available on Thursday and Friday at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Sebastian I–J, located behind the Panzacola Ballroom. Seating will be limited to approximately 1,300 guests.

Multiple restaurant options are available at the Rosen Shingle Creek located between the convention center and the lobby, as well as below the lobby. These restaurants will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Numerous restaurants are also located within a short drive from Rosen Shingle Creek. Ligonier will provide complimentary bus transportation directly to ICON Park. Bus transportation to ICON Park will be available for dinner on Thursday and for lunch and dinner on Friday.

A map of both hotel and ICON Park restaurants will be available at the Information booth outside Gatlin Ballroom.

The Rosen Shingle Creek does not allow any outside food and beverages on site, so please plan accordingly.

Venue Information

If you are staying at the Rosen Shingle Creek, you will receive a discounted self-parking rate of $15 per day or a valet parking discount of $35 per day.

If you are staying at another location, you will be directed to park at a nearby parking garage, located at 5980 Destination Parkway, Orlando, FL, at a discounted rate of $15 per day, plus tax. You will receive a dash pass allowing you to enter and exit the garage throughout the day. Complimentary bus transportation to and from the Rosen Shingle Creek will be available throughout the conference. Please reference the bus schedule for more information. Handicap parking and wheelchair-accessible transportation is also available.

If you would like to be dropped off at the Rosen Shingle Creek by a ride service or by a friend, the hotel recommends directing your driver to drop you off at the front entrance to the hotel due to the amount of bus traffic anticipated outside the convention center entrance.

Media Permission

You agree that by entering the premises of this event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By your appearance and participation in this event, you grant Ligonier Ministries, its subsidiaries, and affiliates permission to utilize your name, image, likeness, voice, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made in connection with, or at, the event for all purposes, in any manner, in any medium, now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.


Except for Ligonier’s canceling of the event or needing to reduce capacity, all cancellation and refund requests must be made by calling 800-435-4343 during normal business hours (not via voicemail message), or emailing conference@ligonier.org. Refund requests received by February 23, 2024 (5:00 p.m. ET), will be honored in full, minus a $10 cancellation-processing fee per cancellation. Cancellations received between February 24 and April 8, 2024 (5:00 p.m. ET), will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after April 8, 2024. Please allow up to 60 days to receive your refund.

Confirmation & Name Badges

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your registration has been processed. Those without email will receive a confirmation number via phone at the time they call to register. Prior to the conference, you will receive your name badges in the mail. If you were registered by another person as part of a group, they will receive your badge. The name badges will serve as your tickets for the event, so it is important that you bring them with you. If you do not receive a confirmation or your name badges by two weeks before the conference, please call 800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org.


A limited number of scholarships are available for those willing to volunteer during the conference.

Group Discount Policy

Group discounts are offered to groups of 10 or more after September 8, 2023. Groups must register all members through phone or email; please call 800-435-4343 or email conference@ligonier.org. You may not add people to the group once you have begun the registration process. Groups must pay with one form of payment. We accept checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please include the group leader’s name and phone number at the top of the page before emailing. We will contact you with a confirmation of your group within 48 hours. Please ensure that you provide a daytime phone number in your email. We can take your credit card at the time of confirmation.

We must have the name, address, phone number, and email of each member in a group. Once a group has been registered, the group will receive a single group confirmation number via email or by phone when registering. Please ensure that all information is given for each individual within the group.

There are no refunds for group registrations, but group member registrations can be transferred if a member of the group is not able to attend. Just take the confirmation letter to the registration desk at the conference, and volunteers there will print a name badge for the transferred group member.

The group rate is $227 per person and is good until February 23, 2024 (5:00 p.m. ET).

Event Venue

Ligonier Ministries holds events in the most suitable venues available. We consider many factors in making these decisions, including location, size, cost, and dates. To secure a venue, bookings are often made years in advance. Furthermore, our holding an event at a venue should not be considered an endorsement of that venue’s owner or association (whether Christian or non-Christian).
